Checking of the diagram showing the layout of plumbing lines in floor and walls, identifying the soft spots they can lead to leakages and calibrating the moisture levels at various locations with the “moisture meter” in the raised platform to confirm the leakage sources.

The proper identifying helps reduce time as the coffee shops operate for long hours. The exact spots reduce the extent of dismantling /breakages to approach the exact spot of leak. The careful resolution avoids breaking in sections that do not contribute to leak thereby preventing new sources of leakages.
